Walks to be Speed Graded and Summer Programme Published (18 April 2017 – 1 July 2017)

The walks will now all receive a grade; it is a guide to help you decide which walk to join.  The grade (number after the title of the walk) equates to the maximum speed (mph) that we would achieve during that walk.  It is also the minimum speed that someone joining that walk should be able to maintain (for the duration of that walk).  It doesn’t mean to say that we will be walking constantly at that speed.  But we will endeavour to get to that speed as conditions permit.
